Dazhou Fertilizer Works in Qilu Petrochemical Company belong to a sub-project of state key project “Puguang gas field development and Sichuan gas east convey pipeline works”. It uses natural gas from Puguang gas field of SINOPEC Sichuan northeast as feedstock and utilizes the main idle equipment from 300Kt/a synthesis ammonia and 480Kt/a urea plants in No. 2 Fertilizer Plant of SINOPEC Qilu Company Branch and moves to Sichuan Dazhou West Natural Gas Energy Chemical Park, and then to build a fertilizer plant with 300Kt/a synthesis ammonia and 480Kt/a urea.

 

The whole plant was dismantled from Shandong Zibo Qilu Branch and moved into Dazhou Natural Gas Energy Chemical Park, it was transported via road, railway and Yangtze River water way as well as mountain road when entered into Sichuan Province, thus it has poor transportation way, the largest monomer of large-sized equipment reaches to more than 300t and there still are many restraint factors to project progress of monitoring, inspection, old equipment utilization, heavy equipment transportation, warehousing problems after material arrival and so on; therefore, SNEC established Dazhou Project Department to distribute the management personnel, the one part of personnel went to Shandong for plant dismantle, inspection and transportation, the another part of personnel went to Dazhou for implementing construction site, it fully shows that SNEC has strong EPC comprehensive capability.
