Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd (SNEC) was the earliest member of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation (CIECC), and the member of China National Association of Engineering Consultants （CNAEC） and China Association of International Engineering Consultants (CAIEC). Engineering consultation is an important part of SNEC’s all-around engineering services.
