This project is invested by CNOOC Group solely. It located in Dayawan Economic Technical Development Area of Huizhou, Guangdong Province, which focus on processing heavy crude oil with high acid in Bohai Sea. SNEC and ZRCC established a combined organization for undertaking project EPC activities, in which, SNEC is the sponsor of this contract.

 

12000Kt/a atmospheric and vacuum plant is currently the largest plant in China and finished in July of 2008.
