Qingdao Refinery project is an important strategic project in adjusting refining enterprise distribution to adapt to participating in WTO situation. Qingdao Refinery project relies on exceptional location advantage and infrastructure facilities in Qingdao, its target is to build a large refining enterprise of “first-class in international and leading in China” and its sign is “Large-sized, seriation, intension and information”. In the works, SNEC undertook EPC activities of hydrogenation, diesel tank yard, power center, light oil modified; the project was finished in December of 2007.
