In the morning on March 19th, the groundbreaking ceremony was held forthe EPC thermal power station as part of the revamp and expansion project forYulin Energy and Chemical Project Phase I. Totally more than 90 leaders fromthe owner and associated departments, project management company, supervisioncontractor, EPC Project Management Department and construction contractorsattended the groundbreaking ceremony.

In the speech, the manager of the company project management departmentpromised that all the staff of the project management department will strictlyfulfill the requirements of the contract, enable elaborated organization andscientific management, and carry forward the company’s spirit of “One Family,One Heart, One Strength and One Goal” to enhance project construction in astandardized manner and strengthen the control of the whole-processconstruction on the basis of Safety First, Quality Oriented, for achieving the"four major control" goals and trying to construct a high-qualitythermal power station.

the thermal power station is one of total 8 EPC packages in the revampand expansion project, the first officially started project, and the first EPCproject of Shaanxi Yanchang Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd and evenShaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group. After the project is awarded, the projectmanagement department actively carried out various EPC activities according tothe company's requirements and the target nodes defined in the detailed designand project kick-off meeting. Thanks to the powerful support from the companyand involved departments, drilling of the chimney pile foundation for thethermal power station was commenced officially after preparation for nearly onemonth, indicating the commencement of the construction for the thermal powerstation in the revamp and expansion project.
