On December 20th, a digital delivery seminar organized by the SinopecEngineering Department was held in Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company forthe purpose of promoting the digital delivery of Sinopec engineering andconstruction projects.

The leaders and specialists from 20 organizations attended the seminar,including Sinopec production and operation management department, engineeringdepartment, material and equipment department, natural gas branch company,Engineering （Group） Co., Ltd, petroleumengineering construction companies, engineering and construction company,Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company, Shanghai Engineering Company, NingboEngineering Co., Ltd, Nanjing Engineering Company, Sinopec Yingke Company, ShengliOilfield Branch Company, Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company, ZhongkeRefining & Chemical Company, SSTPC, Gulei Petrochemical Company, PetroleumEngineering Design Co., Ltd, Zhongyuan Petroleum Engineering Design Co., Ltd.,and East China Pipeline Design & Research Institute. Kang Wanzhong, thedeputy general manager of the company, and Ma Ming, the director of InformationManagement Department attended the meeting.

The participating organizations reported and discussed in depth theconstruction and problems of digital delivery. Sinopec leaders gavecorresponding amendments and improvements. The application of digital deliveryof engineering projects was discussed and preliminary consensus was reached.Finally, Sinopec leaders arranged and deployed the work at the next phases.

The convening of this seminar laid a foundation for the official releaseand application of “Digital Delivery Standard for PetrochemicalEngineering".
