The company held the meeting of management review onquality management system during November 9~10. The meeting was presided over byXiao Zhenping, vice general manager of the company, and attended by staff incharge of related entities and departments engaging in EPC contracting, designand construction.

The review was conducted intwo stages. The first stage started from the morning of November 9, duringwhich the design sector was reviewed in terms of quality system management. Thesecond stage started from the morning of November 10, during which allattending entities were subject to a comprehensive review.

To ensure the effectivenessof the management review, the review on quality management system was conductedbased on the respective conditions of each entity. The review mainly includedthree aspects: first, the evaluation on company’s quality policy and how thequality objectives of each entity is completed; second, the feedback anddemands on related projects of the customer and related party; third, a summaryand analysis of seven key points including the performance of responsibilityand right by related entity, business performance and improvement status, andimprovement suggestions.

Xiao Zhenping listened tothe reports of related entities and had a good understanding of their problemsand improvement suggestions. He pointed that efforts shall be focused on how tocomply with standards, specifications, laws and regulations, especially theconformance of design documents with related standards and specifications.Also, he said, everyone is responsible for quality, and a good quality planshall be made for the next year so as to make sure the company’s production andoperation goes on smoothly.
