The company finished the manufacturing and intermediate delivery of the Hydrogenation Complex Unit of the 200,000 t/a Butyl Alcohol Project of Liaoning Yuantai on July 12.

The Hydrogenation Complex Unit of the 200,000 t/a Butyl Alcohol Project of Liaoning Yuantai (bid section I) is located in Liaoning Tai’an Industrial Park. The company undertook the civil works and lighting installation for the project, involving pipe rack in unit area 1#, solvent oil reaction area in unit area 2#, fuel oil reaction area in unit area 3#, fuel oil fractionation area in unit area 4#, heating furnace area in unit area 6# (excluding the furnace itself), solvent oil fractionation area in unit area 7#, desulfurization area in unit area 7#, utilities in unit area 9#, water supply & drainage and grounding of the whole plant, and power substation and distribution rooms and cabinets.

Since the official commencement of the project on May 28, 2016, the staff of project department have fully devoted themselves into the construction and management of the project in the spirit of unity and hard work, regardless of the dry climate and coldness of Northeast China that are difficult for them to get used to. Based on rich experience in project management, the project department closely cooperate with the general contractor in terms of the supply of installation and construction materials and relevant management work involving field plane management, installation and construction progress and field safety quality, which effectively ensured the orderly going on of field construction and laid down a solid basis for achieving the intermediate delivery of project with safety and quality assured.
