On January 18, SNEC made a technical cooperation exchange with Petrochemical Research Institute in terms of refinery waste resource utilization technology, Mr. Guo Wenyuan-executive vice president of SNEC Technology Research Institute held this meeting and Mr. Zhang Zhemin-director of Scientific Research Department of RIPP and his team, SNEC Technical Department and the technical personnel from the relevant department attended this meeting.

At meeting, SINOPEC RIPP introduced the progress of SINOPEC class A research and development project “Study on SHF technique in Fujian Refinery Industrial Test”, both parties made a technical exchange and discussion on resource recovery of heavy oil processing high-sulfur petroleum coke and high lift off asphalt, the utilization ways of hard asphalt and low rank coal efficient clean conversion, and discussed technical research and development in coal chemical and environmental protection field and technical cooperation. Both parties should make strong alliances, build and establish technical research and development cooperation platform, and strengthen technical engineering application, further to play the leading and supporting role of technological innovation, make greater contributions to SINOPEC quality and efficiency upgrading.
