From December 21 to 22, SINOPEC held “Ten-dragon” working conference on scientific and technological research in 2016, “One of the refinery gas treatment technology: Comprehensive treatment technology of tail gas in chemical plant” finished all research tasks.

This “Ten-dragon” research project started in the end of 2011, this is a series of advanced treatment technologies of NOx, VOCs and Sox developed for tail gas of chemical enterprise, it make the purified gas can meet the most stringent emission standards at home and abroad. SNEC undertook one of the subitem of “fuel coal boiler flue gas denitrification”, the development use low nitrogen burning technology and SCR flue gas denitrification technology with its independent intellectual property rights, in June of 2014, SNEC finished calibration of 3 220t/h coal-fired boiler units for Nanhua Company, NOx removal rate reach to more than 90%, the purified flue gas NOx concentration is less than 50mg/Nm3, the minimum concentration reach to 11 mg/Nm3, it is far less than the national standard requirements of less than 100mg/Nm3, in November of 2014, this project passed SINOPEC expert appraisal and finished research task.

This is another success completion after “Catalytic cracking flue gas desulfurization and denitrification” research project the year before last year, it shows that SNEC has two kinds of desulfurization and denitrification packaged technology can fully meet the requirement of the latest national environmental protection emission standard index, it can provide the independent technical support of industrialization popularization and application for catalytic cracking flue gas and boiler flue gas deep purification treatment project SNEC undertook.

At present, SNEC undertook 2 SINOPEC “ten-dragon” science research project, i.e. “Second high efficiency cleaning utilization technology of coal; SE water slurry (coking) gasification package technology development” and “Second industrial waste water super deep treatment technology: coal chemical waste water comprehensive treatment6 and nearly zero emission technology development” project, SNEC will organize technical force to focus on key core technology, cooperate with the research Company , complete “ten-dragon” research project with high quality in schedule, promote scientific result to transform as practical productivity, make a greater contribution for SINOPEC quality raising and efficiency updating.
