Recently, through several parties’ effort, SNEC finished all plant testing work smoothly and all process was passed, 2 sets of CFB boiler produced qualified main steam successfully.

It is said that up to now, this is the largest boiler and steam generator in design capacity by SNEC boiler generation project team. Since the project detail design started in September of 2012, SNEC project team developed the design work orderly, in this period, this project was affected some adverse effect of the detailed design work suspend, main plant capacity adjusting and desulphurization process scheme changing, but however, after joint effort of SNEC design personnel in the project team, SNEC overcome several difficulties, finally, SNEC almost finished the detailed design work in March of 2015 and the final design documents delivery and quality can meet the needs of project continuous construction.

Based on the needs of different stages in project construction schedule, the project team dispatched the design representatives of civil, thermal process, stress, electrical, instrument and cooperated with Owner, Supervisor, Construction Company actively to perform site design work. They solved the problems of inconformity between construction and design documents and equipment supply and kept smooth communication channel with each party. In June of 2016, 110kV bus and 10kV bus received power once successfully. In October of 2016, 2 sets of CFB boiler completed high temperature dry-out.

Recently, Owner sent a letter to thank SNEC design personnel’s hard work in the 4 years and SNEC project team completed the construction work successfully.
