Shanghai SECCO AN Plant
During the construction of Shanghai SECCO 900Kt/a ethylene engineering, SNEC is only one domestic company to undertake EPC contracting and 260Kt/a AN plant undertook is the largest plant in similar products around world. The general contracting scope include AN unit, ACN purification unit and accessory tank yard, loading station, furnace, flare, DCS field station and substation.
This project was completed on December 21, 2004 (within contract required time), the initial commissioning is successful and the qualified AN product was produced. This project obtained State EPC Contracting Gold Key Prize and chosen among the 3rd session of excellent engineering project management and excellent EPC contracting projects, which was held by China Survey & Design Association and China Engineering Consultation Association.
