Coal Gasification Project of SINOPEC HubeiCompany Branch use Shell pressurization pulverized coal gasification technology, the service scope is first-phase, engineering design and EPC contracting. The daily capacity is 2000t of coal, 142000Nm³/h of crude syngas and 48000Nm³/h O₂ of ASU. The project is divided into 2 parts of coal gasification and accessory part. The accessory part increase sulfur recovery and water treatment units, which controlled waste water discharge and waste gas emission in effective way and lowered pollution to the minimum level, thus it realized sustainable development mode with balanced benefit and environment protection, the project was completed and put into operation in December of 2006.
