As appointed by Sinopec, the company held on Aug 19th-20th, a meeting fordiscussing and demonstrating the key and special topics to be applied for andreported for key national solid wastes recycling R&D program. 20representatives from SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, SINOPECBeijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry, Beijing Petrochemical College,Fujian Normal University, Guangdong New Co-Op Tianbao Renewable Resources GroupCo., LTD and Shandong Jinfu Environmental Engineering Co., LTD attended themeeting, which was preside over by Kang Wanzhong, deputy general manager of thecompany and the lead expert on above program.

Application andreporting of the captioned program was led by our company. Representatives andexperts to the meeting provided their additional input to and made someamendments as appropriate to the pre-application report based upon theirmeticulous review of the program. They also discussed the course of action forfuture. The experts affirmed positively the result of discussions on the meetingand also confirmed preliminarily their intention to cooperate with the companyin other fields.
