A four-member group headedby Zhu Hengfu, the member and deputy director of party committee of provincialstate-owned assets supervision and administration commission (SASAC) paid aninspection visit to the company on July 20. A research meeting was held at thecompany. Attendants to the meeting included Xu Yijun, the executive boarddirector and party committee secretary of the company, Zhou Guo, the generalmanager and deputy secretary of party committee of the company, thepersons-in-charge of the party building office, human resources office andproperty right office of provincial SASAC, and the persons-in-charge of theparty committee work department, human resources department and technicaldepartment of the company.

Xu Yijun made a work reporton behalf of the company at the meeting. In his report, he had a retrospect ofthe development milestones and advantages of the company since itsrestructuring, and made a summary of the production and operation status of thecompany in the first half of the year as well as the work progress andachievements of the company with regard to study on the spirit of 19^th CPC National Congress, cadres and talents management, ideology, strictly implementingparty disciplines and enhancing the party building capability at grassrootslevel.

Zhu Hengfu recognized whathave achieved by Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd. He commented that underthe guidance of the spirit of 19^th CPC National Congress, the companyhas maintained a good momentum in production and operation, realized economicindexes, kept a steady and sound pace of development in general and ensured themaintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets through the joint efforts ofall employees; the company has grown up as a competitive enterprise armed withknowledge, talents and technology and has achieved outstanding results infierce market competition; the party committee has well played its role ofcharting the course and crafting overall plans basd on down-to-earth work,improved systems, various activities and unique brands, which is a powerfuldrive for integrating party building work into production and operation andpromoting reform, development and management innovation, and further drivingthe company to develop toward better quality, higher efficiency and deepersustainability.

On the other hand, ZhuHengfu hoped that the company would further improve its systems and mechanisms,absorb and cultivate more talents, strengthen ideological and politicaldevelopment and continuously enhance the company’s competitiveness so as topromote the better and faster development of the company.

After the meeting, thevisiting group also checked the establishment progress of youth innovationstudio, and highly recognized what the studio has done for talent cultivation,core technology development and innovation & efficiency improvement.
