On May 17th, the 16# trestle bridge of the CoalTransportation & Storage Unit was hoisted and installed in place. The 16#trestle bridge was the first large part hoisted in the EPC general contractproject of SNEC.

The 16# trestle bridge is located between the boilerof power center and the coal crushing building in the Coal Transportation &Storage Unit. It covers 6 spans, and the first lifting covers 4 spans, eachweights 32 tons. It is 20.6 m long, 6.9 meters wide and 3.4 meters high.

In order to ensure the accurate installation of thecoal conveyance trestle, the project department has made the thorough plan andarrangement before hoisting. The smooth lifting of the 16# trestle has createdfavorable conditions for the subsequent installation, and has taken a solidstep to realize the goal of boiler igniting up on "Aug. 30th".
