On Apr. 17th, the second work conference on enterpriseculture construction was held at Meeting Room 211 in SNEC headquarters. Theexecutive director and secretary of the party committee of SNEC, Xu Yijun,attended the meeting. The corporate culture construction office and leaders ofthe special culture groups participated in the meeting.

At the meeting, the core culture group of thecorporate culture construction office first reported on the work done, andintroduced basic framework of “Corporate Culture Propaganda Manual” from fouraspects: the company profile, the company concept, the company behavior, andthe company image. It focuses on interpretation of the company mission, companyvision, enterprise spirit and enterprise values. After that, the specialculture groups reported their work and future plan, respectively, including thesafety group, the quality group, the anti-corruption group, the business group,the talent group, the legal group, the conduct group, the management group andthe image group.

In conclusion, Xu Yijun asked: firstly, to standhigher and break through the thought barrier, to combine corporate culture withthe "3310" strategic goal, and to form a corporate culture thatmatches SNEC’s history and future goal; Secondly, the special culture should behighly consistent with the core culture, forming a complementary and organicunity under the framework of the core culture; Thirdly, each special groupshould speed up their work, and complete each item according to the schedule.The enterprise culture construction committee office would combine theirachievement, and solicits the company leader and the employees; Fourthly, completethe “Corporate Culture Propaganda Manual (draft for opinions)” before May 20th,hold a start-up meeting for the construction of corporate culture, furtherpromote the summary and refining of corporate culture, enrich its connotationand unite employees with the common values.
