From March 25th to 26th, Zhou Guo, the general manager of the company,investigated Dalian Hengli Petrochemical Project, and well communicated withChen Xinhua, the vice chairman of Hengli Group, on the current project progressand the cooperation in the next step.

Zhou Guo made field investigation of the continuous catalytic reformingunit constructed by the company's Construction and Installation Company, heardthe report on project progress made by the project management department, andvisited the staffs of the project management department. Zhou Guo fullyrecognized the front-end-loading activities carried out by the projectmanagement department, and proposed requirements that the project managementdepartment shall solve the difficulties caused by delayed design drawings and materialsupply, and promote the excellent tradition of "daring to fight a toughbattle" to strive for completing the project as scheduled, so as to lay asolid foundation for market development in the next step.

The company's Construction and Installation Company undertook the civilworks and installation works for 3 sets of 3,200KTPA continuous catalyticreforming units of the 20MMTPA Integrated Refining & Chemical Project ofHengli Petrochemical (Dalian) Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. At present,civil works has entered the final stage. Construction for U/G grounding andpiping was completed basically. Site leveling started in all areas forattaining the conditions for concrete pouring. The civil works has beencompleted by more than 80% of the total. The project management department hasshifted its forces to installation works. It is reported that these threecontinuous catalytic reforming units are scheduled to be handed over in the endof October, 2018.
