In the morning on March 21st, the first pile was laid at the site ofCoal to Hydrogen Plant in Sino-Kuwait Integrated Refining and PetrochemicalJoint Venture Project, marking the official commencement of on-siteconstruction. All parties participating in project construction, including the10th Project Management Department, Beijing Huaxia Supervision Co., Ltd, thecompany's project management department and the pile foundation constructioncontractor attended in the kick-off ceremony.

At the kick-off ceremony, the owner’s project management department andBeijing Huaxia Supervision Co., Ltd requested us to ensure close cooperation,elaborated organization, and scientific management for excellent constructionquality, project hand-over on schedule and safe construction performance, so asto strive for a high-quality project with the first-class quality, service and technology.The company's project management department committed, by exerting thecompany's spirit of One Family, One Heart, One Strength, One Goal, to strictlyfulfill the national laws and regulations for satisfactory constructionquality, construction progress and safety management, so as to ensure theproject is constructed in compliance with related laws and regulations.

The company undertakes 5 sub-works in Sino-Kuwait Integrated Refiningand Petrochemical Joint Venture Project, including Coal to Hydrogen Plant, airseparation station, power station, coal storage and transportation facilities,and power plant. In order to ensure that project construction can besuccessfully commenced on March 21st, the project management departmentactively assigned personnel to well communicate and coordinate with allinvolved parties for fully understanding the requirements prior to projectcommencement, reading the owner’s project procedure management documents,familiarizing project management flow in the shortest time so as to clear anyobstacles for successful commencement of project construction.
