Recently, the last pulverized coal bag filter of the coal gasificationplant for Zhong'an project was successfully hoisted in place, it marked thesuccessful completion of the large-size equipment hoisting task for the coalgasification unit.

Equipment hoisting for the coal gasification plant began on July 26th,2017. During nearly 6 months, 1600-ton crane, 750-ton crane and 400-ton cranewere used at the site at different stages, the hoisting operation for equipmentand steel structure module was totalized to about 14,000 tons with more than230 hoists.

During the implementation phase of large-size equipment lifting, theproject department well planned the hoisting operation in advance according tothe owner's requirements, developed large-size equipment hoisting plan,properly coordinated the equipment delivery schedule, steel structureinstallation conditions and transportation conditions at site, greatlyimproving the lifting efficiency. The hoisting operation for Zhong'an projectwas carried out in a safe, continuous and efficient manner and highlyrecognized by the owner and supervision contractor. The successful completionof hoisting for large-size equipment and steel structures created conditionsfor construction of underground piping, roads and piperacks and provided abasis for the installation of process piping and equipment in the next year.
