On the afternoon of November 20, Mr. Xu Yijun, executivedirector and party committee secretary of the company and Mr. Zhou Guo, generalmanager of the company led a leadership group to Zhenhai Refinery, where theyjointly held a work exchange meeting with Zhenhai Refinery’s leadership groupheaded by Mr. Zhang Yuming, general manager of Zhenhai Refinery and Ms. ShouDonghua, party committee secretary of Zhenhai Refinery. The two sides pledgedto have further cooperation with each and forge ahead side by side for a betterfuture.

Mr. Xu Yijun had a briefintroduction of the business development of the company. He said, ZhenhaiRefinery plays a leading role in many areas among Sinopec enterprises, andNingbo Engineering Company needs to take Zhenhai Refinery as an example forupgrading the level of operation management and service quality. In the meantime,with continuous attention paid to the development of Zhenhai Refinery, NingboEngineering Company will try to maintain local market and keep advantageousresources centralized through means of production safety and fine management,so as to make new contributions to the development of Zhenhai Refinery andrealize mutual development and win-win benefits.

Mr. Zhou Guo said thatZhenhai Refinery is a flag of Sinopec with strong competitiveness and advancedmanagement mode. He hoped that the two sides could promote strategiccooperation in a deeper level, complement each other's advantages and make bestuse of every minute and opportunity to build Sinopec brands, and further makecontribution to the building of a world-class refinery base with advancedtechnology and strong competitiveness.

Mr. Zhang Yuming expressedthanks to Ningbo Engineering Company for its long-time support for theconstruction projects of Zhenhai Refinery. He said, the development of ZhenhaiRefinery can not be realized without the close cooperation and joint effortswith brother companies like Ningbo Engineering Company. As Zhenhai Refinery isworking hard to implement the development concept of improvement, promotion andexpansion, he hoped that Ningbo Engineering Company could actively take part inthe development of Zhenhai Refinery by making best use of its advantages inproject construction management and technology so that the two sides canachieve common development.

Ms. Shou Donghua alsoexpressed thanks to Ningbo Engineering Company for its contribution to theconstruction and development of Zhenhai Refinery. She said, Zhenhai Refinerycannot grow stronger without the great support and help from design andconstruction entities. Looking into the future, she hoped that the two sidescould strengthen cooperation in enterprise management, party building andproject construction, and work together for improving the competitive strengthof enterprise.

Leaders of both sidesattended the meeting, including Wang Hongguang, Jiang Liqiang, Kang Wanzhong,Xiao Zhenping, Wang Jianlin and Zhou Renqing from Ningbo Engineering Company aswell as Mo Dingge, Wang Xujiang, Xu Tao and Chen Yanbin from Zhenhai Refinery.
