On the morning of November 13, Ningbo Engineering Companyconvened a meeting to announce the decision of Sinopec Party Organization onthe adjustment of the leadership group of Ningbo Engineering Company. After theresearch by Sinopec Party Organization and upon the consent of CPC ZhejiangCommittee, it’s decided to appoint Xu Yijun as the executive director of NingboEngineering Company, and Zhou Guo as the general manager and party committeevice-secretary of Ningbo Engineering Company.

Ling Yiqun, vice generalmanager of Sinopec Group, vice president of the Corporation and board chairmanof SEG, attended the meeting and made a speech. Zhang Shijiang, vice directorof personnel department of Sinopec Group, read out the decision of SinopecParty Organization on the adjustment of the leadership group of NingboEngineering Company. The meeting was presided over by Xiao Gang, vice generalmanger of Sinopec Group. Other attendants included Li Guoqing, director ofengineering department of Sinopec Group, and the leadership group members andall middle-level cadres of the company.
