In the morning of September 25, a team headed by Mr. WangLiming, vice governor of Qinghai province and director of State-owned AssetsSupervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), paid an investigation visitto Qinghai Damei Olefins Project, for which the company is the EPC contractor.

Mr. Wang listened to a headperson’s introduction on production process flow at the site of olefins plant,and asked in details about the construction progress, quality and safety of theproject at the current stage. When knowing that the 90+ meters high extrusiongranulation plant is the largest, highest structure that is the most difficultto construct in the plant and its construction period is the shortest, hehighly praised the efforts made by the work staff and encouraged them to keepup good work so as to ensure Qinghai Damei Olefins Project would be completedand put into operation as scheduled.
