Sinopec Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. (SEG) held the meeting of review for the project aiming for the separation, handover and modification of water and power supply of Zhenhai Sanjian Community of Ningbo Engineering Company at Ningbo on August 31. SEG vice-general manager Xiao Gang and the vice-general manager of the company Kang Wanzhong attended the meeting. The review was conducted by a group of experts from the management department of Sinopec Group mine area (community) and the related departments and affiliates of SEG. Other attendants include related personnel from Ningbo Engineering Company, Ningbo Branch of State Grid Corporation, Ningbo Water Company and Zhenhai Refining & Chemical.

The company made a report about the preparation of the “Implementation Scheme” and “Feasibility Study Report” for the project aiming for the separation, handover and modification of water and power supply of Zhenhai Sanjian Community, and Sinopec Consultancy Company made a report about the Review Comments on “Feasibility Study Report”. Based upon the review on “Implementation Scheme, Feasibility Study Report” and “Review Comments on Feasibility Study Report”, the experts agreed that the “Feasibility Study Report” is complete in content, practical and rational and meets the level as scientific research report, and; the “Implementation Scheme” is complete in content, containing all necessary key elements, written in normal text and is operable. They unanimously confirmed Implementation Scheme, “Feasibility Study Report” and “Review Comments on Feasibility Study Report”, and put forward comments and suggestions for further improving “Implementation Scheme” and “Feasibility Study Report”.

Xiao Gang said, the review comments and suggestions left by the experts are right to the target, operable and highly instructive, and therefore must be fully understood and implemented as detailed as possible so as to make a good preparation for joint review and project implementation. He also required that an overall plan shall be formulated for project implementation so that the process may be fastened and a solid basis being laid down for subsequent work; efforts shall be made to timely spot and track problems and difficulties, and then work out solutions through communication and research, and; attention shall be paid to the needs of residents based on the actual situation of the community to make sure they are in stable status and the project is going on smoothly.

Kang added, the meeting is not only a review meeting, but also a meeting for policies publicizing and implementation and for boosting confidence. In the next stage, Sinopec Group and SEG shall work out an overall plan, strengthen the role of leadership, improve executive ability, stick to project driving, make implementation scheme more detailed and continuously maintain people in stable status, so as to ensure the steady and orderly advancement of the project aiming for the separation, handover and modification of water and power supply of Zhenhai Sanjian Community of Ningbo Engineering Company.
