On August 15, the company won the bid for manufacturing eight equipment of Hainan Refining & Chemical at the bid opening meeting held at the bidding center of Sinopec International Co., Ltd. defeating other competitors by its excellent technical scheme and outstanding performance in manufacturing large columns and the good manufacture and transportation conditions at Xiangshan factory. The bid includes eight equipment for the second p-xylene plant and its auxiliary works of Hainan Refining & Chemical, among which the residual liquid extraction tower weighs 1,120 tons, with the largest diameter of 10.8 meters and the total length of 90.15 meters.
