At 19:30 on March 28^th, 3000 KTPA Diesel Hydrofining Plant constructed by SNEC Construction and Installation Company was started up and produced on-spec product.

After the plant was handed over to the owner on January 25th, SNEC Construction and Installation Company was engaged to provide 24h support for operation ramp up in accordance with the startup procedures. At 16:15 on March 27th, feedstocks were intruded into 3000 KTPA Diesel Hydrofining Plant, and at 19:30 on March 28th, the plant produced hydrofined diesel with required sulfur content. To this point, 3000 KTPA Diesel Hydrofining Plant was successfully started up for operation.
