The exchange meeting for information construction and application at SEG project site was held at our company on March 16. The meeting is aimed to promote the information construction at project site, especially using video surveillance as a main mean for site supervision and inspection, which must well applied and promoted at the affiliates of SEG.

The meeting was moderated by Mr. Hu Hong, the director of SEG information application management department. Attendants to the meeting including Mr. Wang Zhenqiang, the safety director of SEG, company leader Xiao Zhenping, and other relevant responsible personnel from the quality safety department and information application management department of head office and the safety, project management and information application management departments of affiliates.

The meeting started with the study on Regulations on the Configuration and Management of Safety Video Supervision System of Sinopec, which was followed by the reports of affiliates on the information construction and application at their own sites, the report of SEG information application management department on SEG project site, and the report of head office on the application of safety management information system of Sinopec. In the afternoon, the chief director of Yingke project gave an introduction on the main concept for constructing the video supervision system at head office, and experts and leaders at the meeting paid a visit to the commanding center of building 17 project and listened report on the latest solutions for site information construction by Dahua and Haikang companies.

It’s pointed out at the meeting that production safety is a primary goal for the next half year, so that the related affiliates must strive to ensure work safety at project site, construct video supervision systems at site according to actual conditions at sites, and on the other hand, the affiliates must collaborate with each other to optimize and share resources so as to maximize the benefits out of SEG resources.
