In the morning of December 30, with the first MTO methanol factory shipment, it marks that methanol loading system of Zhongtian Hechuang project officially put into operation, which was constructed by SNEC.

This unit of the project construction began from the beginning of September this year, at the initial stage of construction, facing the some difficulties of late delivery of Owner’s foundation, tight construction period, complicated coordination between the various types of work, the project team made careful planning, actively coordinated with owner, design and construction parties, create construction conditions as possible. In order to cope with the winter cold climate, the project team adjusted construction process timely and took anti freezing measures of temporary steam pipeline heating and fire tarpaulin covering to guarantee concrete pouring quality. In the continuous pouring construction activities, the project team arranged the technical and quality personnel for 24 hours tracking record to ensure the construction quality is always in a controlled state.

As per the statistics, methanol loading system has finished more than 300t of steel structure erection, more than 10 thousand inch diameter pipeline laying and more than 20 thousand square meters road and site leveling.
