Recently, in the HSE assessment and evaluation activities developed by Zhongtian Hechuang Chemical Project Management Department, SNEC project team obtained “First place of excellent HSE project management contractor”.

This assessment activity use the following cases as the main assessment basis including the average score of several evaluation during the construction period, full-time HSE personnel attendance and on-site HSE control situation, site rectification and rectification of hidden trouble situation, security defense and material out management, they made a comprehensive assessments to safety management for all involved companies from the end of August of 2014 (establishment of Zhongtian Hechuang Chemical Project Management Department) to September of 2016 (producing of qualified product). SNEC Zhongtian Hechuang project team finally obtained “First place of excellent HSE project management contractor” through the excellent behaviors of HSE management system building, HSE education training, site safety supervision, subcontractor group building, HSE management sample creating.

This honor is the affirmation to HSE management work of SNEC project team within two years by Zhongtian Hechuang Chemical Project Management Department. The project team expressed that they will continue to keep good HSE management consciousness and solid HSE work behavior summarize the experience and shortcoming; continue to strengthen each aspect of safety management to ensure forthcoming construction and running guarantee work in stable order and in control.
