Recently, at the Seventh Representative Congress of China Construction Welding Association, Hainan commercial crude oil reserve base project, SNEC participated in the construction of which, was selected as the winner of national excellent welding engineering prize and received the medal and certificate.

The design capacity of the project is 2.55 million cubic meters. SNEC logistic and installation company undertook the construction of 4 100,000 storage cubic meters storage tanks. The project was started in July 2013. And on August 31, 2014, the intermediate hand-over was achieved. In November, 2014, the oil was fed for operation. In March, 2016, the project was completed and accepted.

In the process of the annual national excellent welding engineering prize winner review and selection, the review group highly appreciated SNEC’s performance: all the indexes met the design requirements and the project has maintained safe and stable operation since the project was brought into production. At last, SNEC was selected as the national excellent welding engineering prize winner.
