At 9:00 in the morning of November 13, Zhongtian Hechuang CCR fire alarm system interlock commissioning and acceptance was started officially with the technical preparation and confirmation of all parties. After 1.5 hours of interlock system commissioning, the acceptance was achieved right the first time. This also marks the first successful completion of high difficulty and high complexity commissioning and acceptance of Zhogntian Hechuang project.

The acceptance was divided into two parts: one was the fire alarm system interlock commissioning; the other was the fire alarm system acceptance. Units participated in the joint inspection and acceptance were methanol division and mechanical and electrical equipment center of the client and the refinery fire brigade, SNEC, Tianjin Shengda and Shanghai Jinshen.
