The evaluation was established by China Petroleum& Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Industry Association to implement national innovation-driven development strategy, to give full play to the important role of petroleum and chemical engineering survey and design industry in the construction of an innovative country, and to actively promote the technology innovation in petroleum and chemical engineering survey and design industry. It is reported that a total of 21 companies received this award.
