SNEC Executive Site Survey for Sino-American New Energy Project
On Sep. 6, SNEC deputy GM Kang Wanzhong went to Shanxi Shuozhou Sino-American New Energy project site for survey.
In the survey process, Mr. Kang Wanzhong seriously listened to the client introduction on recent progress and offered recommendation and opinions for issues as raised by client that need SNEC cooperation. Mr. Kang Wanzhong indicated we need to be good at identifying and summarizing the issues in construction, on the one hand it helps for safe progress of project, on the other hand it helps the designers to boost the understanding on engineering and to raise their professionalism.
After completion of survey, Kang Wanzhong also called a field designers seminar to know the nodes of project and issues in construction. He communicated on the drawings, materials and erection as involved in engineering, and raised job requirements and stressed not to trespass the red-line in regulatory, codes/standards that must be complied with in safety/quality and engineering. In addition, Mr. Kang Wanzhong also inquired on the working and living conditions for field representatives, and cared and encouraged the field resources to overcome challenges and deliver good performance to SNEC and client.
