The three information system (integrated engineering system (SPF), signature and chop system, comprehensive project management system (CPMS)) as developed by SNEC Information Management Dept after two months’ central test the flow covering engineering product management is ready for deployment and running, and was online for test run on Sep. 1, the engineering deliverable issue and archiving model for ZRCC hydrogen generation project adopts the new process.
The system consolidates the engineering process, all the operation flow is customized and developed strictly to the relevant engineering guideline to achieve the template application for design products, which further upgrades the standardization for SNEC engineering documents. From the perspective of designers, the system realizes the visibility and traceability for the entire engineering product issue and archiving flow, and all the work processes will remind the relevant resources and actively push the job to each desktop.
The successful deployment of this system cluster realizes the full process online operation covering engineering product check and review, signing and chopping, library entry for the documents, and blueprint output, huge data stream achieves seamless switch between engineering and management systems, this thoroughly changes the working model of base drawing output, blueprint making, bar code scan for drawing, and base drawing scan, it cuts the expenditure for base drawing scan while considerably boosting the productivity. The output of engineering blueprints thoroughly addresses the issue of inadequate capacity with archive warehouse, and resolve the poor resolution for blueprint chop (SNEC certification chop and base drawing acceptance stamp), and completely addresses the challenge to collect the engineering source document, and greatly boost the reuse rate for engineering drawings and further promotes the digitalization of archive office.
