Last Lift of Heavy Equipment Completed for ZRCC DHF Project
On August 25, a HP heat exchanger with lifted weight up to 130t was lifted to place, till then the lifting of heavy equipment above 80t for the ZRCC 3 MTA DHF project as done by SNEC was completed.
This HP exchanger is called reaction effluent/stripper bottoms fluid heat exchanger and is 18.5m tall and 3.4m/3.65m in diameter, the net weight is 126.4t, and is the heaviest exchanger for this unit, and is the last heavy equipment erected to place.
ZRCC 3 MTA DHF project features 6 heavy equipments above 80t each, and total lifted weight was 1400+ ton, and the heaviest device was the hydrofining reactor weighed at 827t, and the lightest equipment is 95t reaction effluent/hot mixed feeding heat exchanger as lifted by Qiyun Co. Ningbo Branch.
