On May 14, “SINOPEC Strength Mass Work, Promote Democratic Management Forum” was held in Beijing. SNEC “Xu Renchun Innovative Studio” obtained SINOPEC “Workers’Pioneer”.

Xu Renchun Innovative Studio” was established in December of 2012, the studio is a platform for SNEC young employees with technical development, technical innovation and management lift as a core, service for enterprise production business, promote enterprise sustained development and lift enterprise core competition as a target, which can play an active function in training creative professional technicians, push SNEC’s technical advance.

The studio closely focuses on engineering design work, work out the creative policy of “Train technical innovative thinking, solve the active engineering problems”, put forward development goals of the stage per characteristics of the studio. During work developing, the studio adopt the policies of earlier technical development planning, work schedule controlling, reasonable personnel allocating and design and development carrying together.

Up to now, the studio is pushing SINOPEC development subject “Research and development of slurry bed methanol synthesis reactor ”steadily, the two subjects of “High concentration CO shift circulating reaction process development”and “Large low energy Rectisol process development” passed SNEC acceptance smoothly.

Meanwhile, the studio finished the technical issue from SP3D to CAESAII interface and passed procedure testing smoothly, it will play positive function in raising piping and stress work efficiency and quality. This creative result obtained the level 3 Ningbo Staff Technical Innovation Excellent Result in 2013.
