Through more than 50 days of maintenance, revamping and construction, on May 6, Shanghai Petrochemical Thermal Power Department 2# furnace revamping and construction closed, now enters into operating stage.

Since the site entered into revamp and construction on March 15, facing the disadvantage condition of small site space, bad operating environment, etc, the project team arranged operating plan reasonably, optimized construction order scientifically, use 3-dimensional construction mode at construction site and focus on handling personnel safety training and site supervision degree, ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks. The project team think that the time is more urgent, it should not relax the quality, carefully implement the quality management policy of “Last procedure is responsible for next procedure”, ensure each procedure conform to quality requirements.

With 2# furnace start running, each preparation work of 1# furnace revamp began.
