On February 20, Nippon Steel Company, Beijing Huafu Company and TEC (Shanghai) checked Jiangsu Coking Drum project, which was manufactured by SNEC Ningbo Machinery Factory.

This investigation focus on whole checking the manufacturing quality of the two coking drums including material acceptance, material cutting, group welding inspection, control record and various inspection, test record and results, during the inspection, both parties made further exchange and communication and defined the next step of quality control point and defined the corresponding inspection requirements and time schedule.

It is reported that coking tower is divided into two sections for pre-heat treatment, at present, the upper section ring weld of this two drums fabrication closed and the cone segment of lower section group checking work is undergoing.
