On September 28th, Yu Baocai, member of the party group and deputygeneral manager of the group company and his party held an administrationmeeting at the jobsite for Sinopec-Anhui Associate’s CTC project. Zhou Guo,general manager of the company attended the meeting and visited the site incompany of Yu.

At the gasification plant site, Zhou introduced the construction statusof the project undertaken by the company and the measures for consecutive optimizationfor Dongfang gasifier. Yu BaoCai inquired in details the test for coal to beused by the project, current invest per gasifier, treatment of waste residueand filtration cakes and financial benefits of the project on its start-up. He affirmedpositively the efforts and contributions made by Ningbo Engineering Co. toconstruction of Sinopec-Anhui Associate and innovative reforms to Sinopec SEDongfang gasifier and the spiritual outlook of the employee for projectconstruction. Finally, he required the company to work persistently to completethe subsequent works with high efficiency and in workmanlike manner.

After the administration meeting, Zhou held a meeting for the projectdepartment for communicating the theme of the administration meeting convenedat site by Yu. He affirmed positively the achievements made for Sinopec-Anhui projectand specified his requirements for the path forward. 1. At the critical stageof project construction, we must study thoroughly and carry forward the spiritof Liangjiahe and make CPC members and employees be more courageous andconfident in promoting the corporate business. 2. Measures shall be taken toenable progress to give way to safety and quality to reflect the concept ofsafety and quality in our daily behaviors. 3. Efforts shall be made to strengthenand standardize the management for process flows, especially the cleaning ofthe lines for oxygen and compressor oil. 4. Highly competent forces shall bemobilized to accelerate development of pressure test package. In the meantime,optimization of project delivery data and settlement shall be conducted asearly as possible. 5. Sinopec-Anhui project is of great significance for promotionof Dongfang gasifier by the company, hence all employees involved in theproject construction shall spare no efforts in pushing forward the projectconstruction and securing interim handover of the project as scheduled whileproviding guarantee for its safety and quality.
