In the morning of December 26, China Coal Yuheng Coal Chemical 300,000t/y PE project completed intermediate handover smoothly, which was undertook by SNEC.

At 18 past 10 o’clock, the intermediate handover ceremony was held at site in China Coal Yuheng Coal Chemical Plant area PE plant, the principals from IPMT each duty department, the principal of production center, the principal of Huaxia Supervision Company, SNEC party secretary Liu Xianxin and vice general manager Wang Hongguang, the leader of each construction company and all staff of Yulin project subcontractor attended this ceremony.

SNEC constructed 300,000t/y full density PE plant in China Coal Shanxi Methanol and Comprehensive Utilizing Project Phase I. This Plant use Unipol process, which has high automation level, complete safety Interlock, extensive product use, small quantities of “three wastes”, and small influence in environment, which can meet the requirements of environmental protection.

PE plant lasted 77odays from EPC contract signing on November 17, 2011 to intermediate handover on December 26, 2013. From the first day of site beginning on February 24, 2012, the project team did each procedure of QHSE management work well per SNEC HSE and quality management requirements, no recorded safety and quality accidents occurred during the whole project execution stage, project QHSE management is under control state all the time, the project team come out in front in various kinds of competitions in the coal industry, and obtained the title of excellent contractor of China Coal Yuheng Coal Chemical Project in each quarter, the project team obtained safety and quality excellent flowing cup, SNEC was appraised by owner and various personnel and set up a bright red flag for SNEC.
